KVN (CMQ) 8th of March

At last spring came; she brought a spring mood and a holiday, which is really loved by women - 8th of March!

At the Alpha and Omega congratulations began on Thursday (March 5th), when our theater actors decided to make a special party for their mothers. Our hall was decorated beautifully, food was prepared, a special programme was made. Aleksey Navrotsky said a short Word, we sang together, so, all in all this evening was really nice for mothers and their children.

On Sunday, March 8th, our service was unusual; everything began with a worship team of only boys, who provided music part for the service. Kolya Slobodyanuk shared a preach about women and about relationship between men and women, he told interesting phrases about men and women, which was really funny and truthful. Children of Alpha and Omega sang during the service, which was sweet, they tried to do their best in singing. Well done! Volodya Davidenko sang romantic songs, other guys helped him. At the end guys sang a song, they wrote words for the melody of a famous song, and each girl got a tulip.

After the festive service we had our KVN (CMQ) for a humour, for people, for a living on Earth with more fun!

We had everything which we supposed to have – main speakers, jury, teams, and scores calculation. There were 2 speakers – Kolya Slobodyanuk and Zhenya Onishenko. Members of jury were experts not only in humour, but in football, music, design, linguistics and acting technique.

It is not a secret that God created us to be very different. Not everyone can be funny for others, but some have it in their blood. In companies these people are always favourite ones. It is enough for people just to look at them and mood is getting better. On our KVN there were 3 teams of these people: “Jury” – team from Nikolaev, they came to Dnipropetrovsk for taking part in KVN. There were 2 more teams from Dnipropetrovsk – “Anticrisis Commete” and “Exploded bread-baking plant”.

During 3 hours Alpha and Omega was full of people. I think that those, who didn’t have an opportunity to be, lost much.

If to believe that your laugh makes your life longer, so everyone who was on KVN are now immortals. But Bible tells that God promised that those who believe in Jesus Christ have eternal life!!!

Due to these events, stereotypes of people about Christians can be broken. “Now I see that Christians are not boring as I thought before!” Praise God that we understood it in the past!

Praise God for a wonderful time together – time when we can have fun!!!
