English discussion club

Christian Youth Society "Alpha and Omega" presents a new ministry project serving the community of Dnepropetrovsk — English discussion club. Seeing the interest to the American English school of Michael Gott, we create an opportunity for anyone to deepen their English skill via fellowship and discussions.

New season in the English Club!

Dear friends, from February, the 19th, we start the second season — learn English in an even more useful, fun and practical way than the last year! Come, and bring your friends along, we will be happy to see you! You can also add yourself to our group on vKontakte, and come back to this page, to download texts from the lessons you've missed, and to communicate with our team and between each other in our forum. We look forward to meeting you!

Study principles

The studies are led by Russian-speaking teachers, who have advanced in their English, and now would like to assist the others to reach similar results — and become better. The main point is discussion practice, yet we also spend time studying the grammar, expanding active vocabulary, singing English songs (for improving pronunciation and just for pleasure) and have fun in a friendly environment. The studies are free — yet are of high quality and very helpful.

Time and place

We meet every Friday (except for the second Friday of each month), from 6:30pm till 8pm. The address is Dimitrova St. 19, Dnepropetrovsk. Please, come on time, to get the most out of the meetings.
